Chris is an experienced advocate who spent most of his legal career working for large national and international firms in Florida, representing Fortune 500 companies in complex legal matters. He founded Prusaski-Law, P.A. in 2020, to apply his broad-based big firm experience to a solo practice. He represents individuals and small business owners with the same diligence and aggressive advocacy that his large corporate clients received for more than two decades, but without the big firm overhead and big firm billing.

Chris wants his clients — no matter how large or small — to feel comfortable knowing that he is their go-to person for any legal questions or matters. Whether a client has a small transactional issue or a complicated litigation matter, Chris understands that the matter is incredibly important to the client. He treats each client with the same careful attention and honest communication that he provided to his large firm clients.

Chris knows that legal matters can be stressful and sometimes overwhelming to a client, and that serious personal challenges may have led a client to seek legal help. Chris’ empathy and compassion for his clients is of paramount importance. Since the client is ultimately the decision-maker, he spends as much time as needed exploring and analyzing all the options available. Chris makes every client feel comfortable, because they can call, email, or text him anytime.

In his practice, Chris provides high quality, cost-effective legal services in the areas of business law, contracts, consumer law, real estate, estate planning, and civil lawsuits. He helps business owners and residents in Palm Beach County and surrounding areas. When appropriate, he also provides virtual assistance to clients elsewhere in the State of Florida.

Chris was born in Connecticut, but South Florida has been his home for more than 30 years. On the weekends, he enjoys being active outdoors with family and friends.
